Changes to Your Wedding in Light of the Wild, Wild, World.

The way I see it, you have two options.

You have designs

You’ve known who would be with you when you permanently change your relationship status.

The world, it seems, is hell-bent on altering your plans.

My heart is utterly, utterly broken for you. I want you to have the day you’ve always imagined. I want you to have the team of people you’ve planned on. I want your grandma to zip you up, your grandpa to tie your tie, your flower girls to stumble around the aisle, confused. I want all the things you’ve wanted for yourself.

But reality looks different than our plans. The way I see it, you have two options.

1. You can reschedule your wedding.

If this is the route that you go, I will be with you along the way.

Due the current conditions of the world, I will waive my cancelation policies for weddings scheduled through June 30th, and I will do my damndest to reschedule you for whatever new date you decide. If you change your date and I am not currently booked, I am yours. If you change your date and I am scheduled, I will return your deposit and try to help you find a comparable replacement.

2. You can proceed with alterations

If this is the route you go, I will capture the day you have.

In Washington, Idaho, and Montana, you do not need a witness present for your marriage to be valid. You need only you, your love, a valid marriage license, and an officiant. We’ll be a group of four and I promise to capture a thousand images to share with your family.

In Oregon, you need two witnesses over the age of 18. I am over the age of 18. I will witness for you. Witnessing love stories is one of the best parts about my job.

Let me know how we can make your day perfect. I am here for you.
